Current Weekly Tasks (Priority Alpha)

  1. Report to the control room.
  2. Log in with company credentials (HandUnit introduction).
  3. Turn on stage lights for Ballora, Funtime Freddy, and Circus Baby.
  4. Observe animatronic activity through cameras / monitors.
  5. Use controlled shocks if animatronics are out of designated areas.
  6. Ensure each animatronic returns to its stage.
  7. Follow HandUnit prompts for irregular activity.
  8. Reset circuits or systems as instructed if an animatronic malfunctions.
  9. Verify lighting and camera systems are operational.
  10. Ensure stage doors / gates function properly.
  11. Confirm all animatronics are secured on stage.
  12. Shut down unnecessary systems for the night.
  13. Exit control room and end shift.

As we head into the busy holiday season, we want to thank everyone for their continued hard work and dedication. November historically marks the start of our peak rental period, and early bookings suggest another strong month ahead. Please remember that all animatronics returning from outdoor events must undergo a full overnight diagnostic in the bunker before being cleared for their next appearance. The maintenance team will be extending evening hours to accommodate the increased demand. On the retail side, the Party Depot has rolled out the new “Holiday Sparkle” décor line, and customer foot traffic has already begun to rise; please make sure displays stay fully stocked and aisles remain clear. Finally, a reminder that all staff should review the updated safety sheet regarding transport procedures—especially for multi-unit deliveries. Thank you for keeping Circus Baby’s running smoothly as the season ramps up.

Major Events in November

  1. Thanksgiving Parade Float Partnership (Nov. 24): Circus Baby animatronic will appear in the Henderson Thanksgiving Parade. Bunker staff should complete final tests by Nov. 21.
  2. Staff Appreciation Lunch (Nov. 30): Held in the Party Depot breakroom. Pizza and refreshments provided.
  3. Corporate Holiday Banquets (Dec. 14–20): Three multi-company events requiring synchronized dance routines. Rehearsal files will be distributed by Dec. 5.
  4. Year-End Shutdown (Dec. 26–28): Party Depot closed for inventory count. Bunker will remain open for maintenance catch-up.
  5. New Year’s Family Gala (Dec. 31): Midnight countdown show. Full team on standby.
