Employee Bulletin

(January–February 2006)

As we move into the first quarter of 2006, Circus Baby’s Entertainment & Rentals would like to recognize the team for successfully closing out the holiday rush with minimal downtime and strong client feedback. January is typically a reset period for the facility, which means our focus shifts from high-volume deployments to preventative maintenance, internal audits, and equipment recovery. All units returning from December events must be logged, cleaned, and placed through a complete mechanical inspection before being scheduled for any February bookings. Please ensure that endoskeleton joint calibration, voice-box testing, and stage performance checks are completed in full—shortcuts lead to repeat failures and delayed rentals. Retail traffic will slow slightly after New Year’s, but the Party Depot will begin rotating inventory to match upcoming Valentine’s promotions and early spring reservations. Staff are reminded to keep storage areas organized, label all replacement components clearly, and report any missing parts immediately. Additionally, transport crews should double-check packaging requirements and secure-load procedures, as several long-distance deliveries are expected this quarter. Thank you for maintaining facility standards and keeping operations stable as we transition into the new year.

Major Events in January

  1. New Year Inventory Audit (Jan. 3–5): Complete a full count of Party Depot stock, verify accuracy, and report discrepancies.
  2. Winter Clearance Launch (Jan. 7–10): Begin promoting remaining holiday items at discounted rates; ensure signage is updated and shelves are neat.
  3. Staff Retail Training (Jan. 12): Mandatory refresher on point-of-sale procedures, customer service standards, and stock rotation.
  4. Mid-January Restock (Jan. 15–17): Receive and arrange new merchandise for early Valentine’s promotions. Confirm display areas are ready.
  5. Customer Appreciation Weekend (Jan. 21–22): Special in-store event to engage repeat customers; staff to prepare promotional materials and monitor inventory levels.
